We want ordering from Juno to feel easy. If something is not right, email us at info@junoscrubs.com and we’ll help.

Returns within 30 days

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Back to your original payment method

Once your request is approved, refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Please allow 1–2 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Please contact us within 7 days

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email info@junoscrubs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.

Cancelled before shipping, standard policy after

Pre-order items can be cancelled any time before they ship. Once shipped, pre-order items follow the same returns policy as other orders.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. If a return is required, we’ll send the correct instructions before anything is sent.
